President George W Bush is spending almost all his time on the campaign trail, travelling from rally to rally, swing state to swing state, in his bid for re-election. Which begs the question, who is running the United States?

Considering that Bush has spent over 500 days (40%) of his time in office on "vacation" I'd say the person/people running the country now while he's campaigning are the same person/people who have run the country for the last 4 years.

oh nooooooooooooooooooo!!! not the same people who have been running the country for the past 4 years!!!! what will we do?!?!
