Misty has taken over the TV in my hotel, and is making me watch a bizarre cop show with (sexy) geeky mathematicians. I think I'm too worn out from my conference today to fend off her televisory advances.

For the uninitiated: Who's Misty? BTW there's no such thing as a "sexy geeky mathematician" ... that's an oxymoron {vbg}

I happen to disagree. A person can be both sexy and geeky, regardless of profession; "sexy, geeky mathematician" doesn't seem like nonsense to me! Besides, intelligence is sexy, and it's difficult to be an unintelligent geek or mathematician.

Funny you should ask - Misty is on my who the heck is page. I now work with her at my new organization - in fact, I expect it was because of her I got the job.

I'm with Erik. I married a sexy geek! Although he's a great programmer, a mathematician he is not :D.

Please note the very big grin {vbg} at the end of my statement. I am sure Dave knew what I meant. I am a damn sexy geek myself!

Any man who wears a watch that tells the time in binary qualifies for 'geeky' in my book. I think I'm going to let someone else verify the 'sexy' part, as I'm not sure I'm the best judge!

That said, however, you do speak fluent French, which as we all know goes a long way towards covering 'sexy' in many peoples' books...
