This young woman has too much time on her hands. Even if you can't read it (it's in French), you can see it. Apparently she made a New Year's Resolution to handwrite all her blog entries. I'm impressed. If slightly scared. I wonder if I had a tablet PC with handwriting if I would do this? I doubt it.

Wow, doing something like this might actually get me to blog. There's just something about curling up with a pen and paper that is conducive to journalling (the type of blogging that I would like to do more of), that doesn't happen with a computer. I'm not sure if curling up with a tablet would have the same impact, but I suppose there is only one way to find out...

I agree - I quite prefer curling up with a pen and paper, although of late i think I have brought myself around to the comuter as a comfortable friend. I think the next laptop I buy will be one tenth the size of my current hummer-like laptop. I am quite curious about those 'fly pens' (I think they're called) that record what you write into the pen, which you can later download. Kinda cooler than scanning, if it works....

wow...that's your current laptop. I've seen those and wondered who bought them. Now I know!

I'm not sure how to respond to that. I think I've just been smacked upside the head, but I'm not sure. It's not my fault - I needed a screen that ran on more than one voltage!
